Overview

This guide will help you navigate and understand the interface, ensuring a seamless experience whether you’re a beginner or an expert.

Endpoints AI Interface

The Endpoints AI interface is designed to be simple and intuitive. We’ve focused heavily on user experience to ensure the platform is easy to use for everyone.

Key Pages

Endpoints AI has just two primary pages:

  1. Dashboard Page
  2. Project Page

Dashboard Page

The Dashboard Page is the first page you see upon logging into the platform. It provides an overview of all the projects you’ve created. From here, you can:

  • Create a new project.
  • View details of existing projects.
  • Delete projects.

As we continue to add more features, the Dashboard will include enhanced functionality like usage statistics and insights.

Dashboard Page Layout

The Dashboard is divided into two main sections:

  1. Sidebar:

    • Contains the following groupings:

      • Your Projects: Lists the projects you’ve created. You can:
        • Open the project.
        • View project details.
        • Update project context.
        • Delete the project.
      • Platform: Links to documentation, changelogs, and resources. It also includes the Feedback link, allowing you to share your thoughts, ideas, and suggestions.

        • Log out.
        • Access Settings (to update themes, deactivate your profile, delete your account, or set LLM API keys).
  2. Project Creation Form:

    • Located in the center of the page, this simple form is your starting point for building on the platform.
    • Everything in Endpoints AI revolves around a project. You’ll need to create one to get started. (Learn more in the Getting Started section.)

Project Page

The Project Page is where you’ll spend most of your time building and managing your projects.

Project Page Layout

Project Page The Project Page is divided into three main sections:

  1. Sidebar:

    • Displays a list of services in your project.
    • Clicking on a service expands its details, including code files.
    • At the bottom, you’ll find the Profile Dropdown, similar to the Dashboard, with limited options, including navigation back to the Dashboard.
  2. Canvas:

    • Acts as your visual guide to the project. It includes three tabs:
      • Code: View the content of any selected file from the Sidebar.
      • Diagram: Displays a visual representation of your project’s services and endpoints. Currently view-only.
      • Documentation: Once your project is complete, Ender, our AI Agent, can generate technical documentation for you, which will be available in this tab.
  3. Chat:

    • Engage with Ender, our AI Agent, in natural language.
    • Unlike a typical chatbot, Ender offers interactive components directly in the chat interface, making your workflow intuitive and seamless.
